Molotov cocktails were used by protesters and civilian militia in Ukraine during [[Euromaidan]] and the [[Revolution of Dignity]]. In [[Bangladesh]], during anti-government protests in 2013 and 2014, many buses and cars were targeted with petrol bombs. During the [[2019–20 Hong Kong protests]], [[riot]]s broke out and Molotov cocktails were used to attack the police and create roadblocks.
