In the movie version, Clapton appeared as the Preacher, performing [[Sonny Boy Williamson II|Sonny Boy Williamson's]] song, "Eyesight to the Blind". He appeared in ''[[Blues Brothers 2000]]'' as one of the Louisiana Gator Boys. In addition to being in the band, he had a small speaking role. Clapton has appeared in an advertisement for the [[Mercedes-Benz G-Class|Mercedes-Benz G-Wagen]].
