As of March 2011, there were a total of 1,030 registered voters in Winfield Township, of which 383 (37.2% vs. 41.8% countywide) were registered as [[Democratic Party (United States)|Democrats]], 180 (17.5% vs. 15.3%) were registered as [[Republican Party (United States)|Republicans]] and 467 (45.3% vs. 42.9%) were registered as [[Unaffiliated (New Jersey)|Unaffiliated]].
