[[Francis Douglas Memorial College]] and [[Sacred Heart Girls' College, New Plymouth|Sacred Heart Girls' College]], state-integrated catholic boys and girls schools (Years 7–13) respectively, while [[Spotswood College]] in the western suburbs is the only co-educational secondary school in the city.
