The Riverside Arena is a 2,500-seat multipurpose [[arena]] which opened in 1973.<ref>Austin Daily Herald Newspaper Archives December 20, 1973 Page 8</ref> It is home to the [[Austin High School (Minnesota)|Austin High School Packers]] boys' and girls' ice hockey teams as well as the Austin Bruins.
