The series consisted of 13 volumes published between 1994 and 2010. Introductions were provided by [[Harlan Ellison]], [[Samuel R. Delany]], [[Kurt Vonnegut]], [[Gene Wolfe]], [[Connie Willis]], [[Jonathan Lethem]], and others.
