[[Sarnia City Council]] consists of nine elected members: the Mayor, four city members, and four county members. The Mayor and all Council members are elected to four-year terms. The current mayor, [[Mike Bradley (politician)|Mike Bradley]], has held the position since December 1988 and is currently the second longest-serving mayor in the province of [[Ontario]] behind [[Milton, Ontario|Milton]]'s [[Gordon Krantz|Gord Krantz]]. Over the past 50 years, Sarnia's voters have been moderate.
