PCTV (Pottstown Community TV) is owned and operated by the Borough of Pottstown and provides local [[Government-access television]] (GATV) programming over [[Comcast Cable]] TV in over 77,000 homes in western Montgomery County, northern Chester County and eastern Berks County.
