Anderson is a patron of [[Childreach International]], a London-based charity that works in partnership with local communities in the [[developing world]] to secure children's basic rights; she addressed the problem of [[child trafficking]] during the press for the ''[[Sold (2014 film)|Sold]]'' film that presents the issue.
