[[Terra State Community College]], a two-year [[community college]] founded in 1968, is located on a {{convert|143|acre|adj=on}} campus in the western part of the city. It has an enrollment of approximately 2,400 students, mainly from [[Sandusky County, Ohio|Sandusky]], [[Seneca County, Ohio|Seneca]], and  [[Ottawa County, Ohio|Ottawa]] counties.
