==Score cumulative percentages and comparison with pre-2016 SAT== The data in this section pertains to the SAT prior to the 2016 redesign. Comparisons to SAT scores are not valid after the 2017 graduating class. Sixty percentβabout 2.03 million studentsβof the 2017 high school graduating class took the ACT. For the graduating class of 2017, the average composite score was a 21.0.
