====Adult leader training====
Every adult leader must complete [[Youth Protection program (Boy Scouts of America)|Youth Protection Training]]. Position-specific training is also required for all direct-contact leaders. The highest level of Scouting America training is [[Wood Badge (Boy Scouts of America)|Wood Badge]],{{r|bsawbhistory}} focused on helping participants develop leadership skills while participating in an outdoor program over five days.
