===Politics=== As of March 2011, there were a total of 18,049 registered voters in Princeton (a sum of the former borough and township's voters), of which 9,184 (50.9%) were registered as [[Democratic Party (United States)|Democrats]], 2,140 (11.9%) were registered as [[Republican Party (United States)|Republicans]] and 6,703 (37.1%) were registered as [[Unaffiliated (New Jersey)|unaffiliated]].
