In 1996, [[Mobile Fidelity Sound Labs]] released ''Nevermind'' on [[Gramophone record|vinyl]] as part of its ANADISQ 200 series, and as a 24-[[karat (purity)|karat]] gold CD. The CD pressings included "Endless, Nameless".
