Various county, state, U.S. routes, and interstates pass through the county. State Routes include [[New Jersey Route 41|Route 41]], [[New Jersey Route 42|Route 42]], which is part of the North-South Freeway, [[New Jersey Route 45|Route 45]], [[New Jersey Route 47|Route 47]], [[New Jersey Route 55|Route 55]], [[New Jersey Route 77|Route 77]], and [[New Jersey Route 168|Route 168]]. [[New Jersey Route 324|Route 324]] is located in [[Logan Township, New Jersey|Logan Township]] in the county. The three U.S. routes that traverse the county include: [[U.S. Route 130]] in the northwest, [[U.S. Route 322 in New Jersey|U.S. Route 322]] near the county's center, and [[U.S. Route 40 in New Jersey|U.S. Route 40]] at the county's southern tip.

[[Interstate 295 (Delaware–Pennsylvania)|Interstate 295]] is an interstate that runs through the county's northwest for about {{convert|14|mi|km}}.
