Virgin Atlantic aircraft operate with a three-class cabin configuration: [[Economy Class|Economy]], Premium (formerly [[Premium Economy]]),<ref name=":0" /> and Upper Class - the [[business class]] product. Premium has a separate check-in area, priority boarding and a wider seat with more legroom. Virgin Atlantic operate five [[airport lounge]]s branded as 'Clubhouses' at [[Heathrow Airport|London Heathrow]], [[John F. Kennedy International Airport]] in New York, [[Dulles International Airport]] in Washington, D.C., [[San Francisco International Airport]] and [[O. R. Tambo International Airport]] in Johannesburg.<ref>{{cite web|url=http://www.virgin-atlantic.com/gb/en/the-virgin-experience/our-clubhouses.html|title=Our Clubhouses|work=virgin-atlantic.com}}</ref> It also operates a 'Revivals' arrival lounge in London Heathrow. They are accessible for passengers travelling in Upper Class and Flying Club Gold tier members. Where applicable, Upper Class passengers are also welcome to use Delta Sky Clubs prior to departure. Virgin Atlantic gives passengers a pack of [[Love Hearts]] at the end of every flight.
