===Formula One=== {{Main|Renault in Formula One}} Renault introduced the [[turbocharger|turbo]] engine to Formula One when they debuted their first car, the [[Renault RS01]] at [[Silverstone Circuit|Silverstone]] in 1977. The Renault team continued until 1986. From 1989 Renault supplied engines for the successful [[Williams-Renault]] car.
