===Pflugerville Community Development Corporation=== The Pflugerville Community Development Corporation (PCDC) has overseen economic development for the city since late 2009 as a Texas 4B Economic Development Corporation that collects a one-half cent sales tax on taxable goods purchased in the City of Pflugerville for the purpose of promoting economic development. The PCDC is a separate entity that reports to City Council. In 2010, RRE Austin Solar broke ground on what will be one of the nation's largest solar farms, the 60 [[Megawatt|MW]] [[Pflugerville Solar Farm]],<ref>{{cite web|title=Press Center|url=http://www.rresolar.com/press_center.html|website=RRE Power|access-date=12 December 2015}}</ref> but as of July 2013 no significant construction had begun.
