Administratively, London is divided between 33 [[local government districts]]: the 32 [[London boroughs]] and the [[City of London]].<ref>{{harvnb|Axford|2002|p=315}}.</ref> The 32 London boroughs form the ceremonial county of Greater London, with the City of London being a separate ceremonial county.
