The [[Monroe County Transit Authority]], sometimes known as the Pocono Pony, serves [[Monroe County, Pennsylvania|Monroe County]] with five bus routes. Two of those routes, the Red and Yellow routes, serve East Stroudsburg. The Red route connects the central business district with adjacent Stroudsburg and Pocono Medical Center.
