PA 29 has an interchange with [[U.S. Route 422|US 422]] southwest of Collegeville; US 422 heads east toward [[King of Prussia, Pennsylvania|King of Prussia]] and [[Philadelphia]] and west toward Pottstown and [[Reading, Pennsylvania|Reading]].
