The Winchester School of Art, located in central [[Winchester]], houses the university's arts and textiles courses that are part of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities. The school itself was established in the 1960s and was integrated into the University of Southampton in 1996.<ref>{{Cite web|title=Winchester School of Art's 150-year history|url=https://connects.soton.ac.uk/feature/winchester-school-of-arts-150-year-history/|access-date=2021-04-22|website=Hartley News Online|language=en-US}}</ref> The campus contains the original school buildings from the 1960s, in addition to structures built when the merger occurred and in 1998 when the [[Textile Conservation Centre]] moved to the site from [[Hampton Court Palace]].
