==Geography== The city of Santa Paula, according to the [[United States Census Bureau]], has a total area of {{convert|4.7|sqmi|km2}}, {{convert|4.6|sqmi|km2}} of it land and {{convert|0.1|sqmi|km2}} of it (2.41%) water. Santa Paula is located in the [[Santa Clara River Valley]] on the north bank of the [[Santa Clara River (California)|Santa Clara River]] and is surrounded by fruit orchards. The downtown area is centered around Main Street, which is home to the oldest homes in the city.
