Limbaugh argued that liberal politicians have encouraged immigration from Latin America but have discouraged their [[Cultural assimilation|assimilation]] to deliberately create [[Racial inequality in the United States|racial inequality]] to manipulate as a voter base, and that their continued admission will cause a collapse of [[representative democracy]] and [[rule of law]] in the United States.
