The [[Brontë|Brontë sisters]] were born in [[Thornton, West Yorkshire|Thornton]] near [[Bradford]], but wrote most of their novels while living at [[Haworth Parsonage]] when their father was the [[parson]] at the Church of St. Michael and All Angels.
