As of March 2011, there were a total of 24,922 registered voters in Egg Harbor Township, of which 5,829 (23.4% vs. 30.5% countywide) were registered as [[Democratic Party (United States)|Democrats]], 6,976 (28.0% vs. 25.2%) were registered as [[Republican Party (United States)|Republicans]] and 12,108 (48.6% vs. 44.3%) were registered as [[Unaffiliated (New Jersey)|Unaffiliated]].
