Next door to the university on the York Science Park are organisations including the [[Higher Education Academy]], the [[Digital Preservation Coalition]], the [[National Non-Food Crops Centre]], the York Neuroimaging Centre, the York JEOL Nanocentre, the IT office of [[VetUK]], the UK head office of [[AlphaGraphics]], the accelerated [[mass spectrometry]] specialists Xceleron Ltd, and the Leeds, York & North Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce. The Science Park is also home to some parts of the School of Physics, Engineering and Technology.
