St. Francois County is divided into three legislative districts in the [[Missouri House of Representatives]].

* District 115 — Currently represented by [[Cyndi Buchheit-Courtway]] (R-[[Festus, Missouri|Festus]]). It consists of the northern parts of the county, including Blackwell, French Village, and part of Park Hills.
