As of March 2011, there were a total of 1,374 registered voters in Seaside Heights, of which 186 (13.5%) were registered as [[Democratic Party (United States)|Democrats]], 420 (30.6%) were registered as [[Republican Party (United States)|Republicans]] and 768 (55.9%) were registered as [[Unaffiliated (New Jersey)|Unaffiliated]].
