==== Corn Hill ==== Corn Hill is located in the city's old Third Ward, and best known today for the annual Corn Hill arts festival. Many of the city's wealthiest residents lived in the neighborhood during the 19th century, but they relocated to the East End and suburbs after the turn of the century.<ref name="cornhill">{{Cite news |last=Morry |first=Emily |date=6 July 2018 |title=Where were you in 1969?
