At [[20th Century Fox]] he did some assisting on ''[[Bomber's Moon]]'' (1943) and directed ''[[Roger Touhy, Gangster]]'' (1944) with [[Preston Foster]]. He went to Republic for ''[[Man from Frisco]]'' (1944).
