In 1964, Boone spoke at a "Project Prayer" rally at the [[Shrine Auditorium]] in Los Angeles. In the early 1970s, the Boones hosted [[Bible study (Christianity)|Bible]] studies for such celebrities as [[Doris Day]], [[Glenn Ford]], [[Zsa Zsa Gabor]], and [[Priscilla Presley]].
