As of March 2011, there were a total of 2,955 registered voters in Long Beach Township, of which 544 (18.4%) were registered as [[Democratic Party (United States)|Democrats]], 1,215 (41.1%) were registered as [[Republican Party (United States)|Republicans]] and 1,195 (40.4%) were registered as [[Unaffiliated (New Jersey)|Unaffiliated]].
