==Death==
On September 11, 1987, Pastorius sneaked onto the stage at a [[Santana (band)|Santana]] concert at the [[Sunrise Musical Theater]] in [[Sunrise, Florida]]. Weather Report was an associated act of Santana in the mid-seventies. Havan faced a charge of [[second-degree murder]]. He pleaded guilty to [[manslaughter]] and was sentenced to twenty-two months in prison and five years' probation.
