It has also been introduced to [[Irkutsk Oblast|Irkutsk]] and [[Buryatia]]. It is a native part of the flora of Central Asia, growing in all the former [[Republics of the Soviet Union|Soviet republics]]. It also is known in almost every part of the [[Caucasus]]. In China it is native to [[Xinjiang]] (in western China), central China, and southern China, but not to Inner Mongolia, [[Manchuria]], or [[Tibet]].
