Sunrise Business Center located at 3500 Sunrise Highway (originally a [[Grumman]] Aerospace site and then technology reinvigorated the site as "Long Island Business & Technology Center") is a sprawling 355,000-square-foot structure offering the same technologically advanced infrastructure on Long Island that Rudin Management developed at its New York Information Technology Center at 55 Broad Street in Manhattan.  A link from the building's fiber-optic network to New York National Grid's network allows high-speed transmission of data – 10&nbsp;billion bits of information per second – to domestic and global networks.
