==Treatment==
No specific treatment for the CDV is known. As with measles, the treatment is symptomatic and supportive.<ref name=CreevyMerck/> Care is geared towards treating fluid/electrolyte imbalances, neurological symptoms, and preventing any secondary bacterial infections.
