Auburn is part of School Administrative Unit 15, along with the neighboring towns of [[Hooksett, New Hampshire|Hooksett]] and [[Candia, New Hampshire|Candia]]. Previously Auburn students attended high school in the [[Manchester School District]], with the vast majority going to [[Manchester Memorial High School]]. In 2011, the town voted to change its high school to Pinkerton, with 1,119 in favor and 190 opposing.
