Victory Gardens is a non-operating school district, with all public school students in [[kindergarten]] through [[twelfth grade]] in Victory Gardens attending the schools of the [[Dover School District (New Jersey)|Dover School District]] in [[Dover, New Jersey|Dover]], which has been consolidated between the two municipalities since 2010.<ref>Martin, Liz.
