The Mason-Dixon Council serves southern Franklin and Fulton Counties in Pennsylvania and neighboring Washington County in Maryland.<ref>{{cite web|url=http://www.mason-dixon-bsa.org|title=Mason-Dixon Council BSA}}</ref>

Sinoquipe Scout Reservation (Sinoquipe means Builder of Men) is a remote {{convert|500|acre|km2|adj=on}} forested mountain facility with a {{convert|10|acre|m2|adj=on}} lake located in the rural area two miles (3&nbsp;km) from the village of Fort Littleton, Pennsylvania in Fulton County. It is located {{convert|120|mi|km}} from Baltimore, {{convert|115|mi|km}} from DC, and {{convert|65|mi|km}} from [[Harrisburg, Pennsylvania]].
