The [[Hart Mountain National Antelope Refuge]], [[Goose Lake State Recreation Area]], and a number of [[List of Oregon state parks|Oregon State Parks]] are within driving distance of Paisley as well.<ref name="Oregon Blue Book"/> The [[Oregon Desert Trail]] passes through the town.
