As of March 23, 2011, there were a total of 309 registered voters in Millstone, of which 107 (34.6% vs. 26.0% countywide) were registered as [[Democratic Party (United States)|Democrats]], 85 (27.5% vs. 25.7%) were registered as [[Republican Party (United States)|Republicans]] and 117 (37.9% vs. 48.2%) were registered as [[Unaffiliated (New Jersey)|Unaffiliated]].
