Between 2021 and 2022, [[Simon Verhoeven]] directed and wrote the Milli-Vanilli biopic ''[[Girl You Know It's True (film)|Girl You Know It's True]]'', which was filmed in [[Munich]], [[Berlin]], [[Cape Town]], and [[Los Angeles]].
