Future I-73 is planned to go northwesterly to [[Jackson, Michigan|Jackson]] then go north with [[U.S. Route 127|US&nbsp;127]] to [[Grayling, Michigan|Grayling]]. From there, the corridor would have continued along [[Interstate 75 in Michigan|I-75]] to [[Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan|Sault Ste. Marie]].
