== After World War I == {{Main|Tyrol (state)#History|History of South Tyrol|History of Trentino}} The [[Treaty of Saint-Germain-en-Laye (1919)|Treaty of Saint-Germain-en-Laye of 1919]] ruled that, according to the [[Treaty of London (1915)|Treaty of London]], the southern part of Tyrol had to be ceded to the [[Kingdom of Italy]].
