Condoms have also been used to [[drug smuggling|smuggle]] [[alcohol (drug)|alcohol]], [[cocaine]], [[heroin]], and other drugs across borders and into prisons by filling the condom with drugs, tying it in a knot and then either swallowing it or inserting it into the [[rectum]].
