==History==
Woodston was established along the [[Missouri Pacific Railroad]] in 1885 as a [[Train depot|railroad town]] between Bull City ([[Alton, Kansas|Alton]]) and [[Stockton, Kansas|Stockton]]. Woodston was named for Stockton businessman Charles C.
