St. Regis is at the confluence of the [[St. Regis River (Montana)|St. Regis River]] and the [[Clark Fork River|Clark Fork]]. It is about {{convert|30|mi|km|0}} from Idaho. It is in the [[Lolo National Forest]] and the [[Bitterroot Mountains]].
