== Early life ==
Odadjian was born in [[Yerevan]], [[Armenian Soviet Socialist Republic|Armenian SSR]], [[Soviet Union]]. During his youth, Odadjian has stated that he spent most of his time skateboarding and listening to punk rock and heavy metal music.
