==Ingredients==
Sambuca is flavoured with [[essential oil]]s obtained from [[Illicium verum|star anise]], or less commonly, [[Anise|green anise]]. Other spices such as [[Sambucus|elderflower]], [[liquorice]] and others may be included but are not required as per the legal definition.
